I have already mentioned in another article that being in restoration in these current days is an arduous mission, yet very rewarding. However, in order to remain firm in this purpose, we must be attentive so that we are not deceived by false teachers who rise up against God's word and His teachings.
Perhaps motivated by the position they occupy, by cowardice, vanity, Christian leaders are failing to preach the true gospel that the Bible teaches.
They have opened the doors for the world to enter, the doctrines that our brothers in the primitive church fought for, suffered, and even died to preserve, no longer have value.
They say they are doctrines of men. See some examples:
They say that God is three distinct persons (trinity), when the Bible, in its entirety, reports that God is one only (Gálatas 3:20), and when the Bible mentions that God became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14)they preach that the Son of God became flesh. And when they perform baptisms they use the words father, son and holy spirit, saying they are obeying what Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, they do not understand that Jesus did not command baptizing by repeating the words father, son and holy spirit, because such words are not names, but rather titles, that indicate a person who has a name: Jesus, and when they read that the apostles only baptized in the name of Jesus (Acts 2:38), they have the audacity to say that they were wrong.
While the Bible says that our sisters must wear a veil to pray and prophesy,
(1 Corinthians 11:6)they say that hair is a veil. Can hair be removed and put on the head every time a prayer begins or ends? And when the Bible exhorts that their beauty should not be in braided hair, in the wearing of jewels (1 Peter 3:3) and that they have their garments with modesty and decency (1 Timothy 2:9)they say that these are things of the past, as if the doctrines established by God for His church were like merchandise on supermarket shelves that have an expiration date.
And when they hear about doctrines such as the holy kiss (Romanos 16:16), supper with foot-washing (John 13:15), decent garments (1 Timothy 2:9) and different from the world(Matthew 5:14 ) they say that all of this is nothing but madness.
These are only some biblical teachings that are being despised within the vast majority of Christian churches, but thanks to God, such doctrines are being practiced again in the time of the restoration of God's church (Acts 3:21).
Therefore young people, we are obligated to fight for these doctrines. In no place or occasion should we deprive ourselves of being bearers of these such great commandments. We must raise this flag very high so that the world knows that God has His people on the face of the earth and loves to obey His word.
