Today I not only chose to publish the photos as usual but also to share something more with the brothers, because I believe that the Lord Jesus chose us for the salvation of souls, chose us so that we could go meet these lives and free them, show them that there is still a True Love, a love in which we can trust and place our confidence, a love that, through it, all of us can be saved.
On July 24th, the Church in Guarulhos/SP held an Evangelistic open-air service. God gave us the grace so that once again we could go in search of souls that are groaning, crying and thirsting for the Word of God.
The purpose of the open-air service is to show the Church of the Lord Jesus, is to go in search of souls, for many of them are hungry for the Word of God and their souls are afflicted. I believe that each brother who participated took with him one more experience in relation to this glorious work.
When we look with spiritual eyes at souls, we see the need they have to know the True Word. We can see in their eyes thirst for justice, many find themselves tired of so much deception and so many false promises, but when they find the true Church of the Lord Jesus, because there is only one, and it is this one in which you and I are part, their gaze changes, for they do not look at us with the same look they give to those who preach false doctrines, but they look at us as if their soul cried out "Help" as if they could no longer bear so much lies, as if they had truly found the true way, and this is what we see written in their Eyes.
What do I mean by all this? Simply that you, my dear brother, place yourself as an instrument in the hands of the Lord Jesus so that through you souls may be won, for we have the Word in our hands and it is not only for us.
You as a Christian "Disciple of the Lord Jesus" have a duty to carry this Gospel of Salvation with love, with dedication, with zeal, so that we can be like our brothers of the past who left good examples, just like Paul, Peter etc... who carried the Word of the Lord Jesus with love and many souls were won for the Lord Jesus through his life.
Let us work together in the Work of the Lord Jesus so that more souls may be saved from this world of tribulation and pain.
May the grace and peace of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be with each of the brothers. Amen.
